Does this replace my Twenty CRM?

No — Twenty CRM Companion is a Chrome Extension that works alongside your existing Twenty CRM instance. It adds AI capabilities, contact detection, email tracking, and a better UI on top of your CRM. Your data stays in Twenty CRM.

Is my CRM data safe?

Absolutely. All API calls go through our encrypted server proxy — your CRM tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never exposed to the browser. We never store or access your CRM data directly. You can revoke access at any time from the dashboard.

Can I use it with a self-hosted Twenty CRM?

Yes! The extension works with any Twenty CRM instance — cloud-hosted or self-hosted. Just enter your CRM URL and API token in the Settings page.

What AI model does the Agent use?

The AI Agent and Chat use AI as the default model, with support for other providers. Enterprise users can configure custom AI endpoints.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer a free trial for Pro?
